Prices 2025 / 2026
You can book Villa 43 from the beginning of April to the end of October only by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Christmas and New Year also only by the week – but here the arrival day can be adjusted by arrangement.
During the rest of the time, you can also book it on a daily basis (but at least 3 nights). Arrival and departure in this case may only take place on Sunday after prior consultation, as our administrator is not available on this day of the week. A key safe has been set up for this purpose, which also makes personal handover unnecessary.
Pets are not allowed.

Additional incidental costs
- Tourist tax: 2,25€ per person and night
- Final cleaning: 90€

- Energy costs, wifi and Netflix are free of charge
After you have booked the house on our homepage, you will receive your rental contract, the corresponding invoice for it and the further procedure. In the case of a deposit, 40 percent is due and the balance is due six weeks before the start of the trip. If you have any questions about this, we are always available and happy to help.
