Welcome to Villa 43!
Villa 43 is located in the beautiful bungalow park “De Wielen” in Sint Maarten and has the house number 43.
The comfortable holiday home was renovated after a change of ownership.
In the spring of this year, the house will now have a conservatory, the glass walls of which can be completely opened when the weather is nice. This means that the terrace can be used all year round, regardless of the weather.

Location and bungalow park
The detached and comfortable holiday home with a size of approx. 85sqm is located in Sint Maarten on the North Holland coast.
In the immediate vicinity is the small town of Schagen, which has a large number of very cozy restaurants in the city center, which offer both indoor and outdoor gastronomy. The metropolis of Amsterdam (60 km) can be reached quickly and is also worth a visit, as are the surrounding beautiful towns of Alkmar, Harlem, Bergen or Schoorl. Other well-known nearby seaside resorts include Petten and Egmont.
Villa 43 is located about 5.5 km from the beautiful large sandy beach. Here you can walk for miles along the beach, sit in one of the very attractively designed restaurants and beach cafes, or simply set up camp in the sand on the beach. Playing ball games, flying kites, building sandcastles, lazing – the beach is large and spacious, so even in the high season it offers enough space and is not crowded.
The resort “De Wielen” is named after the two adjacent lakes, where fishing is also allowed. A newly created hiking trail invites you to take a walk through the idyllic lake landscape. The vacation park has a very nice children’s playground, a soccer field, a solar-powered outdoor pool with a separate children’s pool (usually open from mid-May to August), a bicycle rental station, as well as opportunities for basketball games and fishing in the lake. The facilities are free of charge during your stay. Only for the rental of bicycles from the park’s bicycle station, a rental fee is charged by the park. Golfers will enjoy the nearby golf course in Dirkshorn. The associated restaurant is open all year round. Children can have fun in several play parks (De Holle-Bolle-Boom) or on a go-kart track (Schagen), among others.
The cottage
The family-friendly comfortable holiday home has been newly renovated.
It is located on a plot of about 400 square meters, whose garden offers enough space for the whole family.
